Papyrus is a national charity for the prevention of young suicide. They provide confidential help and advice to young people and anyone worried about a young person.
They run a national helpline, HOPELineUK, including text and email services, staffed by a team of mental health professionals who provide practical help and advice to vulnerable young people and to those concerned about any young person who may be at risk of suicide.

HOPELineUK is a specialist telephone service staffed by trained professionals who give non-judgemental support, practical advice and information to;
- Children, teenagers and young people up to the age of 35 who are worried about how they are feeling
- Anyone who is concerned about a young person
We are independent of services so aren't able to answer questions about them (such as opening times and services available)
